Friendly staff helped with check-in.

Upon arrival, no one was there to check us in. It felt so impersonal. I didn’t even get the Wi-Fi password. Coffee was sporadic some mornings, which was disappointing for a long stay.

The room was charming with lovely touches, but

the wifi connection was frustratingly inconsistent. I enjoyed the quaintness of the grounds and the comfortable bed, but the location made up for the minor inconveniences.

The room was clean with all the comforts of home. I appreciated the great location and had access to a lovely pool view. The air conditioner kept me comfortable throughout my stay.

We had a lovely stay! The full kitchen was perfect for cooking, and the heated pool was a nice touch. However, some kitchen utensils were missing compared to what I expected from the photos.

We had an amazing time with friends! We visited the nearby TradeWinds Island Resorts and enjoyed the pools and beach access. The staff was friendly, and the rooms were clean and comfy. Having a kitchenette was super handy for making quick meals. Just a heads up, make sure to ask for towel replacements daily since we didn’t get them automatically.

No one came to switch out dirty towels each day. We ended up going to find someone each day when we were ready to shower after later in the afternoon before going out for dinner.

The King Studio offered a cozy retreat, though the check-in process was troublesome. After waiting for assistance, friendly guests helped me locate the staff. Despite this hiccup, I enjoyed the peaceful environment and convenient access to nearby dining options. Consider calling ahead to ensure a smooth arrival.

staying at carlton house motel and suites was such a treat! the location was perfect, just moments away from the beach and great nearby restaurants. our room was spotless and comfortable. a special surprise was the birthday decorations the staff had arranged for my daughter upon our arrival, which made her day extra special. we also loved the sun patio and the heated pool with jacuzzi jets.

there was a bit of noise from other guests at times (not ideal! ). the grounds were really well manicured, and the pool area was clean and inviting. super close to the beach, just a short walk away! having a little kitchen was great for snacks and breakfasts.
